
About Our Team
Tracy Hauser has been a resident of the Santa Clarita Valley since 1982 and has been a Realtor since 1985, back when the population was about 65,000, so she has seen many changes in our town since that time. She and her husband Lloyd have raised four children and know firsthand the quality of community for raising a family here in Santa Clarita. Tracy has also been involved with our SCV Senior Center both in fundraising & outreach, has volunteered in her children's schools, and helped in other non-profits. She spearheaded a program called Full Cycle where plastic bottles are recycled by high schoolers while the proceeds benefit the Senior Center.
Tracy saw the demands of working as a single agent and the value of working in a synergistic way with a team. She originally built her team back in 1990 with her former partner Mike Lebecki and worked together for almost 20 amazing years.
Tracy's core values are based around quality of life, both for herself and her clients. She will always tell it like it is; people need to know the facts, just as they are, without a sugar-coated spin. Tracy's motto is "I work as an advisor and consultant", not as a sales person, and as a result most of our business is referred and repeat clients. Trust is the foundation Tracy has built her business upon. She and her team are known for being confidential, respectful, fair and kind to clients as well as to other agents and their clients.
Danise Davis has been with Tracy's team since 1994, a resident of Santa Clarita since 1978, and a Realtor since 1988. She is an active member of Zonta International which has a local club here. Zonta's mission is improving the lives of women, here and around the world. She also volunteers for a few other local non-profits like Boys & Girls Club, Single Mother's Outreach, Optimists, Senior Center, and others.
Along with running the office, Danise is the person who is in charge of the escrow process. She takes care of all the many details that go into making sure that the transaction runs smooth from start to finish.
Tracy Grant has been with the team since 2000. She lives here with her husband Don and their two dogs which are certified as Therapy Dogs. Tracy volunteers often with her dog Cosmo visiting patients in our local hospital, HMNMH and Northridge hospital, as well as other opportunities.
Tracy G is our Buyer's agent. She is the person who makes sure our buyers get the information they need as they are searching for their home. She knows the homes, tracts and floor-plans like the back of her hand. As a result of active networking with other agents and being on the ball, she often gets buyers into homes which are not officially on the market yet.
Margaret Avery has been with the team since 2004. She too has raised her family here in SCV and is also quite involved in our community and volunteerism. Margaret tracks our properties showings, prepares client service reports, handles our computer operations whether it's inputting, marketing, many other countless office tasks, and even runs our weekly meetings.
